Job summary

Favorite Healthcare Staffing, Inc. seeks experienced Mobile Directors of Nursing (DONs) to provide nursing leadership and operational support across assigned skilled nursing communities in Pennsylvania.

The role oversees nursing departments and may step into additional leadership positions as needed. You will lead and develop nursing staff, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and drive quality initiatives while coordinating across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the states where assigned.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Director of Nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical decision-making skills.

We are seeking experienced Mobile Directors of Nursing (DONs) to provide nursing leadership and operational support across assigned skilled nursing communities. This position oversees nursing departments and may step into additional leadership roles based on the needs of each community.
