Job summary

The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Program Administrator to lead branch-based Immigrant Services and NAI programs. You will oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth and community initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality experiences for participants.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, budgeting, data management, and collaboration with partners to expand program reach and impact. A strong commitment to inclusion and social justice is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with diverse populations and immigrant services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed contractual deliverables for NAI.
• Assess participant needs and develop programs to address them.
• Use best practices to plan short- and long-term program plans and evaluate performance.
• Collect, manage, and report data using ASISTS, DYCD Connect, AS400, and Salesforce.
