About The Anywhere Leads Team

The Anywhere Leads Network comprises 500 brokers across Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Corcoran, and Sotheby’s International Realty, with 8,000 certified agents. Our programs offer financial incentives to participating consumers alongside a partnership with certified real estate agents and a dedicated concierge team. This position reports to the Senior Director of Network Success.

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to optimize revenue growth and lead conversion success across our Anywhere Leads Network of brokers and agents. The Director of Network Success will leverage data analytics to enhance broker performance, foster cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship skills to manage a high-performing broker network.

Responsibilities
  • Foster and nurture transparent, trusted relationships with Brokers and Relocation Directors across the network.
  • Achieve or surpass closing targets for all business lines, including Corporate Relocation, Partner Program, Web Leads, and Broker to Broker referrals.
  • Create and implement coaching frameworks to drive broker performance and network productivity.
  • Maintain geographical coverage by securing high-performing brokers and agents to meet business demands.
  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions with brokers to analyze data and set improvement goals.
  • Collaborate with Brokers and Relocation Directors to assess agent metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Use data analytics tools to ensure broker accountability and address issues affecting their network standing.
  • Increase adoption of lead programs, products, and technology through strategic communication and education initiatives.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and retain high-impact brokers to strengthen the network.
  • Oversee broker start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, promotions, demotions, suspensions, and terminations with proper documentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify operational improvements and ensure seamless integration of initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to broker relationships, including suspensions or terminations, when necessary due to performance or compliance issues.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate management, preferably within a network.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Leadership experience managing a geographically dispersed broker network.
  • Proven success in data-driven environments.
  • Exceptional virtual communication skills for coaching and program initiatives.
  • Public speaking abilities for platform and classroom presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present concepts, data, and project plans effectively.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and proprietary systems or similar tools.
  • Active real estate license or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience coaching brokers or agents to convert leads and drive growth.
Travel Requirements
  • Up to 10% overnight travel.
