About The Anywhere Leads Team

The Anywhere Leads Network comprises 500 brokers across Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Corcoran, and Sotheby’s International Realty, with 8,000 certified agents. Our programs offer financial incentives to participating consumers alongside a partnership with certified real estate agents and a dedicated concierge team. This position will report to the Senior Director of Network Success.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to optimize revenue growth and lead conversion success across our Anywhere Leads Network of brokers and agents. In this role, the Director of Network Success will leverage data analytics to enhance broker performance, foster cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen our partnerships. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong relationship skills to manage a high-performing broker network.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and nurture a transparent and trusted relationship with Brokers and Relocation Directors across the Anywhere Leads Network.
  • Achieve or surpass closing targets for all assigned business lines, including Corporate Relocation, Partner Program, Web Leads, and Broker to Broker referrals.
  • Create and implement effective coaching frameworks that drive broker performance and network productivity.
  • Maintain optimal geographical coverage by securing high-performing brokers and agents to meet business demands.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching meetings with network brokers to analyze data and set improvement goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Brokers and Relocation Directors to assess agent team metrics and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance service quality and increase conversion performance across all business lines.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to ensure broker accountability and address issues that could affect their standing within the network.
  • Increase adoption of lead programs, products, and technology through strategic communications, targeted coaching, and comprehensive education initiatives.
  • Leverage data insights to identify, recruit, onboard, and retain high-impact brokers that strengthen the Anywhere Leads Network.
  • Oversee broker start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, promotions, demotions, suspensions, and terminations by ensuring that documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Insights, Product and Technology, Finance, Accounting, Franchise Contract Administration, Legal, IT, Education, and other departments to identify opportunities for operational improvements and ensure seamless integration of initiatives.
  • Partner with the Senior Director, Network Success, to evaluate and recommend changes to broker relationships, including suspensions or terminations, when necessary due to performance issues, coverage gaps, compliance, payment problems, brand disaffiliation, ethical concerns, or other substantive reasons.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate management, preferably within a real estate network.
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership with effective management of a geographically distributed broker network.
  • Proven experience in highly data-driven environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially in virtual settings, to coach and drive program initiatives, adoption, and conversion success.
  • Strong public speaking ability for platform and classroom presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to present concepts, data analysis, and project plans and implement them effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and proprietary systems or similar tools.
  • Active real estate license required or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Proven expertise in coaching brokers or agents to convert leads and drive measurable growth.

Travel Requirements

  • Overnight travel up to 10%.
