Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a senior quality improvement leader to drive strategic QI initiatives across national and state programs. The role emphasizes data-driven planning, KPI-led execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance care quality.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in NCQA/HEDIS, CAHPS analytics, and regulatory compliance, with strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills to influence health plan performance and accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in health care with at least 5 years in quality improvement/compliance.
• At least 3 years of management/leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of the quality discipline, including metrics and performance standards.
• Advanced knowledge of HEDIS/NCQA, including NCQA accreditation experience.
• CAHPS improvement experience and HEDIS reporting/collection experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and/or implements national and/or state-based quality interventions that meet state and federal rules and follow best practices.
• Develops and implements targeted interventions related to HEDIS performance improvement with member/provider outreach.
• Serves as operations and implementation lead for QI using a defined roadmap, timelines, and KPIs.
• Represents quality lead at Molina national and regional meetings and oversees performance improvement projects.
