Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a Quality Management professional to support health plan quality improvement activities. You will oversee, plan, and implement new and existing quality improvement projects to maintain NCQA/HEDIS compliance and support accreditation surveys.

This role requires at least 2 years in health care, knowledge of HEDIS/NCQA, strong data analysis and business writing skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in health care with at least 1 year in health plan quality improvement.
• Basic knowledge of HEDIS/NCQA.
• Business writing experience.
• Data analysis, manipulation, interpretation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality program activities to meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor timelines and present results to leaders.
• Write or review narrative reports interpreting regulatory specifications.
• Create and maintain quality documentation.
• Lead quality management activities and meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Manage audits of quality of care, incidents, and related processes.
