Suno is seeking a Director of Editorial to define the editorial framework and POV, lead the curation vision, and shape platform storytelling across Suno’s music discovery experiences.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in A&R or editorial within the music industry, deep knowledge of curation, relationships across labels, artists and managers, and the ability to lead a fast-growing team onsite in the US. Salary ranges from $200,000 to $263,000 per year.

• 10+ years of experience in A&R, editorial, or a related field within the music industry.
• A genuine point of view on music curation and editorial authenticity.
• Strong operational instincts to build editorial processes.
• Fluency with AI-assisted music and metadata workflows.
• Excellent communication to represent Suno credibly with partners.

Responsabilidades

• Set editorial vision for discovery and celebration within Suno, including in-app playlists and genre taxonomy.
• Oversee development of Suno's curation frameworks reflecting community breadth.
• Champion artist spotlights and platform storytelling.
• Balance editorial signals with algorithmic recommendations using data and context.
• Help build and lead the editorial team, hiring and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align signals with tech.
• Define and track success metrics and report impact to leadership.
