Job summary

The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza in Dallas seeks an innovative Head of Retail & E-commerce to lead the museum store and online program. You will develop exclusive merchandise inspired by collections, strengthen vendor relationships and expand e-commerce while delivering memorable visitor experiences.

This strategic, hands-on role requires deep retail leadership, data-driven decision making and collaboration with multiple museum departments to drive revenue and mission impact.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Proven success managing purchasing, merchandising, inventory and retail financial performance.
• Experience developing product assortments and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital merchandising.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive retail and e-commerce strategy aligned with the museum's mission.
• Lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with internal departments to enhance visitor experiences.
• Curate merchandising assortment inspired by collections and exhibitions; build vendor relationships.
• Oversee store and e-commerce operations, including inventory, pricing and fulfillment.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.
