Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years in multi-plant/warehouse distribution, preferably medical device/pharma.
• 5 years of P&L experience including forecasting and managing financial targets.
• 5 years of management/leadership experience with direct reports.
• Proven success leading multi-site distribution and enterprise transformation.
• Extensive Lean, Six Sigma, automation, digital programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, WMS, TMS, Power BI, AI analytics.
• Experience leading capital projects and network optimization.
• Strong financial acumen with multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic vision for North American Distribution Ops across multi-site DCs.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives via Lean, Six Sigma, automation, AI analytics, and digital solutions.
• Drive data-driven KPI management with dashboards and BI tools for strategic decisions.
• Manage budgets, forecast expenditures, ROI, and capital projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA/ISO/GDP/OSHA) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build a high-performing leadership team with accountability and continuous improvement.
