Qualifications

• 8+ years in capital equipment, plant operations, manufacturing or purchasing
• Experience with large, complex international companies
• Proven ability in contract negotiations, pricing analysis, and forecasting
• Solid understanding of MRO procurement and inventory management
• Experience with SAP & Ariba procurement modules

Responsibilities

• Develops savings methods and tracks supplier performance against goals
• Leads global sourcing initiatives aligning with business strategy
• Manages contract portfolios and implements new sourcing projects
• Oversees MRO inventory strategies to optimize working capital
• Reports progress and escalates issues to ensure targeted savings are achieved
• Directs supplier assessments and establishes negotiation plans for key materials
