Florida Crystals Corporation, a fully integrated cane sugar company based in West Palm Beach, seeks a Buyer to support MRO procurement. You will source materials, analyze category data, generate SAP reports, and maintain supplier relationships across multiple sites.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years buying experience, ERP experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel up to 20% and a collaborative team environment are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2–5 years purchasing experience.
• Experience using ERP systems including SAP for reports and analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Process a high volume of requisitions from multiple sites under assigned categories.
• Prepare and coordinate agreements for assigned commodities and/or services.
• Use ERP to run complex reports and perform analytics.
• Release orders promptly following company guidelines.
• Independently negotiate contracts, price and supplier terms.
• Evaluate, qualify and select suppliers on quality, service and cost.
• Ensure all purchases comply with department policies.
• Stay updated on market trends affecting categories.
• Handle special projects and maintain confidentiality.
