Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of programming in a relevant language OR 8+ years with a PhD.
• Plan multi-year roadmaps aligning short-term work to long-term mission.
• Drive large cross-functional/industry-wide engineering efforts.
• Mentor executives across organizations with strong communication.
• Communicate complex features and systems clearly.
