Job summary

The Washington Nationals are seeking a Director of Military Affairs and CRM to lead strategic outreach to military families and veteran groups, strengthen partnerships, and optimize CRM-driven stakeholder engagement. You will shape programs across education, youth participation, and community impact in the DC region.

You will oversee program development, data analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration, while guiding a team of interns and outreach staff to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic community engagement and partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage CRM systems and stakeholder databases.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Military Engagement: be the primary contact for military outreach and build relationships with military leadership and veterans’ groups.
• Community Relations & Outreach Leadership: develop and execute outreach strategies across focus areas and engage new audiences.
• CRM & Stakeholder Management: oversee CRM platform, tracking, reporting, and engagement for partners, donors, sponsors, and schools.
• Program Operations & Administration: support budgeting, planning, and outreach materials development.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, supervise, and mentor interns and staff.
