Job summary

Raymond James seeks a Manager, Technology Infrastructure to lead the Messaging & Collaboration Operations team overseeing Exchange, Microsoft 365, Teams, and related services. The role focuses on stability, security, and performance, driving automation and continuous improvement while partnering with Security, Engineering, and stakeholders.

Hybrid work model with in-office presence at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise messaging/collaboration or infrastructure roles.
• 3+ years leading technical operations or teams.
• Strong Exchange and 365 administration experience.
• Hands-on with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Planner, OneNote.
• Experience with Proofpoint email security solutions.
• Experience using ITSM platforms like ServiceNow for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team responsible for enterprise messaging and collaboration services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, administration, and support of Exchange, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Planner, OneNote.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring.
• Drive service delivery standards, processes, and best practices.
• Analyze metrics and SLA performance to identify improvements.
• Champion automation to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Lead incident, problem, and remediation efforts for critical issues.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering on upgrades.
