Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Mental Health Services to lead the development and execution of comprehensive mental health programs for employees at construction sites. This role emphasizes tailoring services to the unique stressors of the construction industry and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position calls for a licensed mental health professional with 5+ years of leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to supervise a team of clinicians in a rapidly growing startup

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LMHC, LPC, LCSW or LC MHCE license.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in mental health program management.
• Experience in construction or high-stress industries is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective mental health programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive mental health programs for employees.
• Conduct regular assessments and address identified mental health needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with management, HR and stakeholders to promote awareness.
• Oversee mental health professionals and provide supervision.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Build relationships with external providers and community resources.
• Train staff and management on mental health issues and self-care.
• Advocate for employee mental health needs at all levels.
