Job summary

KUOW Puget Sound Public Radio in Seattle seeks a Director of Membership to lead our multi-channel donor program, personalize communications, and expand engagement with new and existing donors.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, you will drive segmentation, email journeys, and campaigns to grow revenue, retention, and stewardship, with a hybrid/ occasional telework arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in campaign strategy, fundraising, or a related field.
• Experience in multi-channel fundraising, project management, content development, data-driven thinking, and vendor relationships.
• Experience leading a team of two or more direct reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated annual campaign strategy to raise $14M from 47,000+ donors.
• Oversee customer service KPIs and donor pipeline reporting.
• Develop seasonal and ongoing campaigns with the membership team.
• Identify audience segments and evaluate email journeys.
• Strengthen donor stewardship and data personalization at scale.
