Job summary

NAVFAC Atlantic seeks a Supervisory General Engineer/Architect to lead the Project Management Branch within the Planning, Design & Construction Directorate. You will oversee a staff of project managers and senior engineers, coordinating scope, schedule, and budget for shore facilities and infrastructure.

You will chair meetings, mentor employees, and ensure delivery of major construction programs within the command's area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Current PE or RA registration required, or active licensure with equivalent state credentials.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on large facilities planning, design, and construction.
• Proven ability to develop, monitor, and present complex project schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a technical and management staff across megaprojects.
• Review program status and manage high-visibility projects monthly.
• Oversee MILCON/FSRM project planning, budgeting, scheduling, design, and construction.
