Job summary

Patient First is seeking an RN to oversee the center operations in Virginia. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, ensure policy compliance, and maintain positive patient interactions.

You will interview and hire staff, review department checklists, and manage payroll and budgets while delivering excellent customer service and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an RN in Virginia.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Keyboarding experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• One year clerical, clinical meds admin and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the center under Medical Director supervision.

The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Managing the overall operation of the center under the supervision of the Medical Director;
• Ensuring center staff follow Patient First policies and procedures;
• Coordinating center staff work schedules;
• Maintaining a positive relationship between patients, clients and staff;
• Interviewing, hiring, and evaluating center staff;
• Supervising and reviewing all checklists for each center department;
• Reviewing and coordinating the processing of all paperwork pertaining to payroll, hiring, evaluations, pay changes, status, budgets, inventory, pharmacy, staffing, etc.;
• Providing positive, warm and friendly customer service in all interactions;
• Fostering teamwork and a positive, professional atmosphere;
• Completing other duties as directed.

Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Employee must be at least 18 years of age;
• High school graduate or equivalent;
• Keyboarding experience required;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• One year of clerical experience preferred;
• One year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred;
• One year of supervisory experience preferred;
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia.

Salary Range: $47.00 - $52.00, depending on experience.
