Job summary

Patient First in Stafford, VA is seeking a Center Manager to oversee the overall operation of the center under the Medical Director, supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain a positive relationship with patients, clients and team.

Minimum requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, keyboarding, excellent verbal and written communication, clerical and supervisory experience, and Virginia RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Keyboarding experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• One year of clerical experience preferred.
• One year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred; Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the center under the Medical Director.
• Ensure center staff follow Patient First policies and procedures.
• Coordinate center staff work schedules.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, clients and staff.
• Interview, hire, and evaluate center staff.
• Supervise and review all checklists for each center department.
• Process payroll, hiring, evaluations, pay changes, budgets, inventory, pharmacy and staffing paperwork.
• Provide positive, warm customer service in all interactions.
• Foster teamwork and a positive, professional atmosphere.
• Complete other duties as directed.

• Reviewing and coordinating the processing of all paperwork pertaining to payroll, hiring, evaluations, pay changes, status, budgets, inventory, pharmacy, staffing, etc.;
• Providing positive, warm and friendly customer service in all interactions;
• Fostering teamwork and a positive, professional atmosphere;
• Completing other duties as directed.

Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Employee must be at least 18 years of age;
• High school graduate or equivalent;
• Keyboarding experience required;

• One year of clerical experience preferred;
• One year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred;

Salary Range: $47.00 - $52.00, depending on experience.
