Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Office of Medical Education (OME).
• Serve as strategic advisor on curriculum operations, staffing and organizational effectiveness.
• Supervise managers, coordinators and administrative staff across pre-clerkship, clerkship and curriculum.
• Oversee annual planning, budget development and resource allocation.
• Direct administrative infrastructure supporting the undergraduate medical education curriculum.
• Oversee curriculum management systems, LMS and educational databases.
• Support the Curriculum Committee and subcommittees with agendas, minutes and dashboards.
• Coordinate accreditation activities, site visits and LCME compliance.
