Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent job-related training.
• Minimum 3 years of direct, job-related experience.
• Knowledge of student affairs, enrollment services and grants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers office functions related to student affairs, records, advising, and programs.
• Assists students with all components of the residency application process.
• Oversees enrollment services, data entry, registration and class schedules.
• Oversees evaluation of transfer credit, grade changes, and graduation applications.
• Develops student information literature and represents the college at outreach events.
• May assist in grant applications for external funding of recruitment and retention services.
• Serves on committees dealing with student life, curriculum, retention and admissions.
• Oversees orientation and commencement planning committees and activities.
