Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in a related field with 10+ years of materials management or planning in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership experience overseeing 5-7 buyers, planners, and materials professionals.
• Proven ability to translate forecasts into executable supply plans and master data changes.
• Experience partnering with Strategic Sourcing for supplier strategy and NPI.
• Lean/Six Sigma or structured problem solving mindset desired.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for demand planning, supply planning, purchasing execution, inventory control, and material availability across manufacturing.
• Own the demand planning process and operating cadence, integrating forecasts, customer demand, and production plans into one approved demand plan.
• Ensure forecast is loaded into ERP/MRP; govern parameters, lead times, safety stocks, and master data for reliable demand signals.
• Chair regular demand and supply reviews, identify gaps, and communicate risks and actions to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional shortage mitigation with manufacturing, quality, engineering, logistics, and Strategic Sourcing.
