Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years marketing experience, including team leadership.
• Agency experience or managing multiple brands/clients.
• Ability to learn businesses quickly and determine next steps.
• Track record of setting and carrying out marketing strategy with a team.
• Brand refresh or repositioning with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, email and SMS platforms.
• Media buying across digital and traditional channels.
• Ability turning analytics and campaign data into decisions.

Aufgaben

• Know each client's business, industry, customers and competitors; adjust plans with market trends.
• Lead brand-building and discovery workshops with clients.
• Audit client messaging, channels, and tools; advise what to keep, fix or retire.
• Determine marketing strategy: core customers, competitive differentiation, channels.
• Build yearly marketing plans and budgets across all channels; justify big spends.
• Own a scorecard per client tracking traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Test ideas on a small scale and report results to clients.
• Oversee every active client campaign and coach the marketing team.
• Collaborate across departments to support campaign goals and proposals.
• Support new business by shaping proposals and strategy for prospective clients.
