Job summary

MassMedia is seeking a Marketing & Events Manager to lead internal marketing initiatives, elevate the brand and create opportunities to connect with clients and industry leaders. This in-office role in Las Vegas or Phoenix focuses on events, content, partnerships and campaigns to drive growth.

You'll develop and execute marketing plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage sponsorships, vendors and post-event reporting to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, event management or integrated marketing communications.
• Experience independently planning and executing corporate or industry events.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute all MassMedia-hosted events.
• Develop event concepts, themes, programming, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate speakers, sponsors, vendors and partners.
• Manage venue logistics, catering, AV, invitations and registrations.
• Oversee event marketing and promotional campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
• Develop post-event communications and performance reports.
