Qualifications

10+ years in Data Science or Marketing Analytics.
Advanced analytics, modeling, and experimentation in marketing.
Experience with CDPs and MarTech platforms.
Proven ability to translate analytics to strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

Build predictive models for acquisition, LTV, churn, and profitability.
Optimize Direct Mail and Digital Marketing performance across channels.
Develop segmentation, propensity, scoring, and look-alike models.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
Develop attribution and incrementality measurement.
Collaborate with Marketing, Data Analytics, Technology, and senior leadership to implement insights.
