Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) seeks an experienced Director of Marketing for GLI Secure to drive brand awareness and revenue growth in cybersecurity services. You will lead marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and collaborate with sales to expand core markets and diversify into new verticals.

Strong leadership, market research, and CRM/automation proficiency are essential. This hybrid role is based in Las Vegas, NV, with some travel and remote work flexibility after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in new business development / market diversification.
• 4+ years marketing cybersecurity or highly technical B2B services.
• Understanding of cyber risk, security testing methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience leading market research and translating insights into strategy.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand core markets and diversify into new verticals.
• Lead market research to inform sales strategies and decision making.
• Create whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and industry reports.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align marketing with growth objectives.
• Plan campaigns across channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels; represent GLI Secure at events.
• Define marketing ROI metrics and align with CRM data to drive results.
• Manage budgets and external agencies to meet timelines and quality standards.
