Shank’s is seeking a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing and operations, delivering safe, high-quality products while maintaining service, productivity, cost, inventory performance, and employee safety.

This role balances daily execution with long-term transformation, fostering accountability, problem solving, continuous improvement, and cross-functional teamwork across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Systems.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with multiple departments and vendors.
• Ability to make decisions, be goal-oriented, and solve problems.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.

• Lead the team with integrity and foster a trusting, inclusive environment.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Business Systems to meet goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems for visibility into progress.
• Analyze performance and drive improvements; work with engineering on capex plans.
• Plan and monitor key metrics to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction while preserving safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with HR on personnel, training, and performance management.
