Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, L&D, or Organizational Development.
• At least 5 years of L&D/OD responsibility in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities or locations.
• Proven track record of developing employees from frontline to leadership.
• Experience with modern learning platforms and blended training approaches.
• Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills.
• Knowledge of talent assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a workforce development strategy for manufacturing operations.
• Build leadership development experiences for supervisors, managers, and senior leaders.
• Strengthen succession pipelines for critical leadership and operational positions.
• Facilitate talent assessment and leadership readiness discussions with senior management.
• Develop programs for high-potential employees and future leaders.
• Establish career development opportunities from hourly positions into supervisory and professional roles.
• Partner with technical schools and community colleges for training pipelines.
• Introduce learning technologies and delivery methods across shifts and locations.
• Measure impact of development initiatives on business performance.
