Job Description

The Community Director is responsible for the administrative operations and supervision of a branch, including:

  1. Training, supervising, and evaluating staff and office operations.
  2. Participating in departmental committees and managing different structures, with duties and responsibilities varying accordingly.
  3. Providing oversight of general branch operations.
  4. Monitoring staff performance and office efficiency.
  5. Establishing positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors at the branch level.
  6. Assisting with strategic planning, business development, and fiscal management at the branch level.
  7. Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in GAAP.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent business correspondence skills (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
  • Strong professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Master of Business Administration Degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of related or closely related experience.
  • 5-7 years of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • 5-7 years of community association experience.
