Job summary

VikingCloud is seeking a Director of Product Management for Managed Security Services and Endpoint security. You will lead GTM strategy, revenue growth, and market positioning for MSS with a strong emphasis on multi-location and franchise environments, while shaping the endpoint portfolio through partnerships and executive engagement.

You will drive market expansion, customer engagement, and competitive differentiation, partnering with sales, marketing, and operations to meet business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in commercial leadership for security products/services.
• Proven revenue growth in MSS, MSSP, endpoint security or cybersecurity SaaS.
• Experience serving multi-location/franchise/distributed customers.
• Strong understanding of MSS/endpoint market landscape and pricing models.
• Technical fluency in security ops concepts (EDR, SIEM, threat intel).
• Excellent communication with C-level executives and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for MSS and endpoint security.
• Lead revenue growth and channel partnerships across direct and partner channels.
• Engage with strategic customers, conduct executive briefings, and drive upsell/cross-sell.
• Own competitive positioning and messaging against key players.
• Establish and manage channel programs with partners and resellers.
• Ensure SLAs and SOC partnerships deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Influence product roadmaps with market requirements and feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing on demand generation and thought leadership.
