Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience in maintenance with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Current Class B CDL or willingness to obtain one.
• Current Arizona School Bus Driver's Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Advise Superintendent on plant facility requirements and maintenance needs.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and bus drivers.
• Plan and direct inservice training for maintenance staff.
• Standardize and improve maintenance procedures across facilities.
• Coordinate with Food Services and principals on maintenance problems.
• Prepare regular reports and budgets for the division.
