Responsibilities include:

• Managing all maintenance department operations and staff
• Reporting to the Executive Director on department performance
• Conducting safety, upkeep, and equipment inspections
• Supervising maintenance staff and scheduling
• Overseeing repairs and maintenance, including contracted services
• Maintaining records of repairs, warranties, and inspections
• Managing budgets and expenditures
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Being on call for emergency situations

Qualifications:
