Job summary

Apploi in Florida seeks an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee facility operations, building systems, and life safety for residents, staff and visitors. You will lead the maintenance team and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating repairs, and maintaining records; you will drive cost‑effective solutions while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in Healthcare/Environmental Services/Plant Operations
• SNF experience required
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and mechanical operations
• Thorough understanding of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and CMS regulatory requirements
• Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and manage complex maintenance issues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe environment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues as needed
