Job summary

A leading luxury senior living company in Virginia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations and supervise staff at their community. The role entails repairing physical structures, installing mechanical equipment, and ensuring a pleasant living environment. Candidates should have relevant knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with at least two years of maintenance experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

As the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures and utility systems of the community and maintaining the grounds. You will install, service, and repair mechanical equipment (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and supervise support staff including housekeeping and van drivers and contractors as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must have a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
• Two years’ experience working in maintenance position, preferably in a large physical plant
