The ideal candidate has 7–15+ years in luxury residential construction or a related high-end industry, with proven CRM expertise (HubSpot) and a track record of long-cycle

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop trust with high-net-worth clients and referral partners
• Build scalable sales and marketing processes beyond closures
• Deep appreciation for ultra-premium client experience and design

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Build and manage referral networks with architects, interior designers, and real estate advisors
• Lead discovery and early budget conversations with high-net-worth clients
• Design and deliver a best-in-class luxury client journey
• Own brand messaging and luxury positioning
