MITY Inc. is seeking a Director of Logistics and Warehouse to lead the end-to-end flow of materials and finished goods across our Utah manufacturing footprint. This leadership role focuses on warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, inbound/outbound logistics, and freight performance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in logistics/warehousing and 3+ years leading managers, with strong WMS/ERP knowledge and a track record of measurable improvements in throughput, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of progressive responsibility in logistics/warehousing/distribution
• Three+ years leading managers or a sizable warehouse team
• Direct manufacturing experience and strong production scheduling understanding

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods across manufacturing operations
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, distribution and freight performance
• Establish scalable warehouse OS, safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery improvements
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Sales and Customer Service to align priorities
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and related methods
• Build and coach a high-performing logistics team and establish staffing plans
