Responsibilities

• Lead the Primary Logistics team during peak season.
• Oversee end-to-end movement of finished goods from global origin locations to fulfillment centers.
• Manage international and domestic freight across ocean, air, and ground transportation modes.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics providers to secure capacity and maintain service levels.
• Monitor shipment flow, transit performance, and delivery milestones; identify exceptions and drive timely resolution.
• Escalate risks affecting inventory availability, fulfillment operations, customer demand, or transportation spend.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Fulfillment, Sourcing, and Finance to align transportation decisions with business priorities.
• Develop leadership-level reporting on logistics performance, capacity, service, cost, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, partner performance, communication, and exception-management practices.

You will oversee the movement of finished goods from global factories and origin locations to fulfillment centers, ensuring inventory arrives on time, transportation capacity is secured, and operational risks are identified and resolved quickly. You will play a central role in protecting inventory flow, supporting fulfillment readiness, managing transportation risk, and helping deliver a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings deep international and domestic transportation expertise, strong carrier and freight-forwarder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through fast-moving, high-impact supply chain challenges.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Primary Logistics team, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and operating rhythms throughout peak season.
