Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of legal or professional services operations.
• Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience in operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications (CLM, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, PMP) preferred.
• Familiarity with case management software, IT and AI concepts.
