Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Legal Operations to lead and transform the LGA function. You will own technology strategy (CLM, e-billing, AI-enabled platforms), manage vendor relationships and the budget, and drive measurable improvements across the organization during a period of rapid growth.

You will partner with CIO-IT and business teams to scale operations, governance, and data-driven decision-making while maintaining high standards for efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in legal operations, including experience at fast-paced technology or cloud companies.
• Track record of leading and scaling a legal operations team.
• Experience managing outside counsel billing platforms, invoicing, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Core Legal Tools & Platforms selection, configuration, and adoption; ensure data reliability and reporting.
• Oversee outside counsel/vendor management, onboarding, and billing compliance.
• Coordinate LGA budget, forecasting, accruals, and cost transparency.
• Define OKRs and operational metrics; build executive-ready dashboards from core systems.
• Lead AI adoption within legal workflows and governance.
• Provide cross-vertical operational support across LGA’s departments.
• Build and mentor a high-performing legal operations team.
• Partner with finance, procurement, IT, security, privacy, and sales to align processes.
