Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) seeks an Instructional Services Director - Assessment Director to lead college-wide assessment and program review. The role collaborates with faculty and academic affairs leaders to strengthen assessment practices and use results for improvement, reporting to the Office of Academic Affairs.

The candidate will chair the Assessment Leadership Team, guide work teams, and ensure documentation and reports meet accreditation standards.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in education, organizational development or directly related field with four (4) years of relevant experience.
Two (2) years of management and supervisory experience.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with faculty to develop, implement, and evaluate the assessment of student learning outcomes at the course, program, general education, and institutional levels.
Provide leadership for college-wide assessment, academic program review, and continuous improvement efforts.
Chairs the college Assessment Leadership Team and supports Department Assessment Coordinators in sustaining high-quality assessment efforts.
Coordinate APR documentation and reporting and monitor completion, recommendations, and follow-up.
