Suffolk University invites applications for a leadership role in the Law Admissions Office to develop and lead programs expanding access for underrepresented groups. In partnership with the Director and Dean, you will help shape scholarship, pipeline, and alternative admission initiatives.

You will act as an in-person recruiter, coordinate events across the U.S. and Canada, manage LEAAP and the Suffolk Pre-Law Achievers Network, analyze data, and ensure high-quality service for prospective

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in the U.S. and Canada.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Slate or Unite preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement marketing and recruiting strategies to enroll historically underrepresented groups.
• Serve as in-person recruiter and counselor for law school admissions.
• Lead LEAAP program and manage related communications and data analysis.
• Oversee the Suffolk Pre-Law Achievers Network pipeline program and marketing.
• Support admission events, review applications, and coordinate digital marketing for diversity initiatives.
• Monitor law school websites to reflect diversity initiatives.
