Metric Geo is seeking a Director of Land Development to lead and grow its Dallas land development team. The role oversees project delivery across commercial and residential sectors, with a focus on strong client relations and technical leadership.

You will mentor engineers, drive business development, and guide the team through complex site infrastructure design. The position offers hybrid scheduling and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Active P.E. license in Texas.
• 15+ years of civil engineering experience in land development.
• 5+ years in leadership, project management, or team management.

What We’re Looking For:
