Responsibilities

• Review daily productivity reports to ensure data is captured and aligns with monthly budget.
• Maintain Flexible Position Control Plans for the facility.
• Monitor and communicate problem areas for corrective action.
• Liaise for productivity directives between division and group offices.
• Educate managers on productivity initiatives, concepts, and tools.
• Ensure productivity standards match the budget.
• Identify opportunities to improve the facility.
• Ensure compliance with standard reporting methodologies.
• Communicate variance issues to Division PI Labor.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting and evaluation of productivity management within the Facility. In addition, the position will provide leadership and direction to Facility Management.

Essential Job Functions:

• Reviews the daily productivity reports to assure that all appropriate data is being captured and that the resulting reports appear meaningful. Specifically, ensuring the PLUS targets roll up at the facility level to equal the monthly budget.
• Ensures the Flexible Position Control Plans for the facility are appropriate and maintained.
• Monitors and communicates problem areas to the appropriate administrator or manager for corrective action.
• Acts as liaison for productivity directives and communications to and from the division and group offices.
• Assures that managers have sufficient education on productivity initiatives, concepts, and tools.
• Ensures that productivity standards are realistic and consistent with the budget.
• Identifies facility improvement opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with standard reporting methodologies.
• Communicates variance issues to the Division PI Labor.

What qualifications you will need:

• BS/BA
• Three years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).
