Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is representing a senior Labor & Delivery leadership opportunity in Colorado. The role focuses on operational oversight, ensuring safe patient care, and driving staff development for high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in Labor & Delivery, 5+ years in healthcare leadership, and hold an RN license in Colorado (or eligible). Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP are required with maternal/neonatal credentials a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of Labor & Delivery clinical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership/management experience.
• Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Additional maternal/neonatal certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Labor & Delivery.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and positive patient experiences.
• Lead recruitment, mentorship, staff development, and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and hospital standards.
• Monitor departmental performance and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, nursing leaders, and hospital leadership.
• Manage staffing, departmental resources, and budget for efficient operations.
