UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Director of Account Management for the Key Accounts segment in Minnetonka, MN. The role leads the account management and service consultant staff responsible for retention and new business in large client ranges.

The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep healthcare knowledge to drive client satisfaction and growth while collaborating across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Sales license required or maintained by law
• 5+ years relevant sales experience
• Proven experience working with brokers/consultants
• Willingness to travel as required
• Maintain valid driver's license
