Qualifikationen

• Five years of progressively responsible administrative or social service experience with supervisory duties.

• Serve as liaison between the BOCC, JCAB, CCAB and DOC.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of youth services and community corrections.
• Prepare county budget recommendations and manage program budgets.
• Develop policy and strategic planning with county leadership.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
