Job summary

Latigo is seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director of Information Technology to lead the IT function and build a scalable, secure, and compliant technology infrastructure for a clinical-stage biotech company. The role covers IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business systems, end-user support, SOX IT compliance, ITGCs, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of SOX ITGCs, IT governance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in regulated life sciences or public-company environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company IT roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business systems to enable scale.
• Oversee IT risk management, SOX compliance activities, ITGCs, and governance processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technology expenditures.
• Partner with Finance, Audit, and business leaders to support SOX testing and remediation.
