Hello Innovation in Michigan is seeking a Director of IT to lead a growing team and shape the tech foundation for scalable, innovative products across industries. You’ll oversee infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and security to enable rapid, reliable delivery.

Partner with executives to drive IT strategy, embrace best practices, ensure data privacy, and advance modernization (DAM/MAM is a plus). If you thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous setting with bold ideas, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in senior IT leadership roles such as IT Director or Manager.
• Strong background in infrastructure, networks, security and data privacy.
• Experience designing scalable, cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and build IT strategy to support business goals and growth.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, servers, cloud services, networks and security.
• Implement security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
• Evaluate IT vendors and manage relationships for cost-effectiveness.
• Lead acquisition, installation and maintenance of software/hardware.
• Provide tools and support to the team and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Build and mentor an IT team focused on scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Stay ahead of IT trends to maintain a competitive edge.
