Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field with 15+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of IT infrastructure management experience with datacenter design and BC/Incident/Config management.
• Certifications in IT domains (ITIL, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCNP, CCSP, Azure, AWS, GCP) desirable.
• Expertise in NOC, project management, security operations, information security, and compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams and delivering innovative IT solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client-facing communication.
• 8+ years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff leadership — select, train, and develop teams with clear objectives.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Lead architecture, engineering, and operation of enterprise infrastructure and cloud services.
• Drive cloud-first, automation-first, and AI-first modernization initiatives.
• Establish governance, standards, and engineering best practices across the org.
• Oversee disaster recovery, continuity, and service management metrics.
• Manage vendors, roadmaps, and infrastructure investments.
• Ensure QMS adherence and regulatory compliance across regions.
