Job summary

Hajoca Corporation seeks a Director of IT Engineering to lead the engineering function, govern enterprise and integration architecture, and drive AI-assisted software development across Boomi, API gateway, Azure, ETL, and CRM platforms.

You will partner with Data & Analytics, Service & Support, ERP, Financial Systems, and field technology teams to deliver resilient capabilities that advance Hajoca’s technology roadmap. 5+ years of management experience required.

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
10+ years in application/integration engineering.
5+ years of management experience.
Experience with enterprise integration and data architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of managers, architects, engineers, and developers.
Own delivery across Boomi, API gateway, Azure integration, ETL, and CRM platforms.
Set standards for integration patterns and data architecture across applications estate.
Govern outsourced development and managed-services partnerships.
Drive AI-assisted development governance and guardrails.
Oversee vendor selection, scope, and cost; manage performance and quality.
